Your home comes with a one year builder warranty.  The warranty items should be submitted through Builder TREND.  We have three stages for warranty items that are not urgent.

• 6 months

• 1 year

Anything after that first year or any items outside your contract feel free to contact the contractors directly.  You should have received a list of the contractors who worked on your home.  If you didn't, let us know.

Mid-Cities Pest Control provided your termite pre-treat.  You have no obligation to use the same company but should you decide to use them.  Here is the link to their website.

Erick Rausch with Buckeye Outdoor installed the landscaping for your home.  He maintains the neighborhood and most of your neighbors landscaping.  You're under no obligation but if you're looking for a landscaper he can be reached at 940-465-2028.
