Kosse Maykus and his staff regularly attend professional continuing education classes to be current with the building requirements and issues. This dedication to excellence has earned the Certified Master Builder designation for the firm. Maykus Custom Homes is also an award winning custom homebuilding firm. In 2001, Maykus Custom Homes received the Builder of the Year award from the City of Southlake. In 2005, the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association recognized MCH with its Builder of the Year award. The company motto is "Built with Quality in Mind", but superior customer service is also a cornerstone of our business.
